Philip Hanson, the practice director, formed The Landscape Practice in 1989 having qualified as a landscape architect in 1980, working notably on the Liverpool Garden Festival from inception to completion in 1984, and subsequently Hythe Marina Village, Hinckley Point and BAA Stansted.

Our landscape architects, having experience on a wide range and diversity of projects, form a strong, dependable team with commercial awareness to provide a package of excellence in design and client service.

Our fully equipped office is a Grade 2 listed former church hall which provides a stimulating and creative environment for our design focused team.
