Garden design for PPS7 house (Planning Policy Statement 7 - which allows for groundbreaking, isolated houses to be developed in rural areas). The design of the garden is inspired by the geometry of the carefully tended orchards and vinery that surround the proposed house. The division between house and garden is blurred - architectural features extend into the landscape, and the garden pierces architectural spaces.
