A large Provencale garden near the south coast of France. The existing sloping site is scupted into stepped level areas in a strong contemporary layout. Water forms an integral part of the design. Formal pools and a rill lead to a waterfall and a natural swimming lake with a beach area. paths lead to hidden gardens providing shade, variety and an element of surprise.
