The Landscape Practice produced a landscape masterplan to evaluate circulation and the use of existing spaces. This identified areas of possible future expansion and development for the existing university campus. The organisation of car and bicycle parking and general circulation patterns was of particular importance.

A new development of students accommodation evolved from the masterplan for which The Landscape Practice has provided detailed design and implementation administration. The groups of buildings create individual courtyards with simple pedestrian circulation separated from secure vehicle parking areas. Hard landscape surfacing is complemented by the scale and proportion of simple, robust planting areas.
