North West Park forms part of the commercial area at Bournemouth International Airport. The Landscape Practice has produced landscape masterplanning for the North West Park sector and detailed landscape design of three corporate headquarters sites for Bombardier Shorts, VT Aerospace, VAI industries Ltd, and Meggitt Avionics plc. Each development is completed to a high standard and individually tailored to the requirements of each company within the provisions of the landscape masterplan.

In close proximity to the main runway, the design of each site conforms to the stringent Civil Aviation Authority’s guidelines. A further requirement to incorporate significant number of car parking spaces, without dominating the development, provided a design challenge. Simple hard landscape materials for parking and pedestrian circulation are complemented by proportionally scaled planting and soft landscape areas.
