A landscape and visual impact assessment in support of a planning application for a new Meeting hall for the Brethren. The proposals for a new building replace an existing equestrian centre however the site is in a rural situation to the west of Yeovil development area on the scarp slope adjacent to the Somerset levels.

Careful analysis of the site and consideration of the building and its parking and access arrangements is being undertaken to ensure the appropriate solution for the development so that it can be incorporated successfully into the local landscape.
