The Belmont Hospital site, close to Tiverton town centre, comprises a number of Grade II listed buildings including a former Workhouse. The Masterplan sets out the regeneration of this now derelict site transforming the redundant buildings into residential units. This proposal is part of a bid for the development of the site.
